What Shapes My Work

I have always been fascinated by what shapes us.

 

Why two people can live through similar experiences and carry them so differently.

 

Why we can spend years trying to move forward, only to find ourselves returning to familiar feelings, relationships or ways of being.

 

My path into this work has been shaped by both professional training and lived experience, but also by a lifelong curiosity about human behaviour, relationships and the stories we carry about ourselves.

 

Outside of my work, I’m drawn to nature, creativity, movement and meaningful connection — the same things that often bring us back into contact with ourselves.

 

Today, I bring that same curiosity, compassion and respect for complexity into my work with clients.

 

Not as someone who has all the answers, but as someone willing to explore the questions alongside them.

• Advanced Systemic Training at the European Systemic School (ongoing)

 

• MA in Sociology

My work is informed by ongoing study in attachment theory, trauma, nervous system regulation and relational dynamics.
